OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our UK investment properties through supporting, managing and expanding our agents worldwide  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Locates potential business deals by contacting potential companies, discovering and exploring opportunities 
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sourcing departments to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth
  • Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and determine new opportunities by analysing business needs deliver accurate business reports
  • Interface with existing strategic partners to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth 
  • Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives
  • Keep abreast of opportunities links between the UK and Overseas (Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Taiwan and Dubai)

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the industry, Proven expertise in a business, marketing or sales role.
  • Market Knowledge is desirable 
  • Strong client relationship management and development aptitude. 
  • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization 
  • A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team 
  • Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills 
  • Travel is essential for this position 
  • A willingness to work flexibly and outside of normal office hours, e.g. evenings, and occasionally at weekend
  • Presents self positively to others

DESIRABLE

  • Fluent English and Mandarin speaking and writing skills as Cantonese preferable
  • Access to driving

VISA

  • Tier2 Working Visa can be sponsored if required.

Salary

Competitive basic with commission (up to 15%) uncapped
