E-Commerce Manager

Responsibilities & Duties:

•Main responsible for daily online sales & activities through implementation of best practice e-commerce techniques, online marketing activity.

•Implementation of a commercial online strategy based that supports the brands objectives by using strong data analysis.

•Develop great insight into the brands competitors.

•Clear understanding of the Health & Beauty and Beverage market, to target their demographic effectively.

•Developing annual plans and preparing quarterly forecasts, General Report on weekly conversion rates and performance.

•Work closely with the Marketing Team to deliver e-commerce best practice and improvements  to customer journey

•Work cross functionally with the senior management teams to ensure the websites are presented in line with their strategy and that there's clear consistency across all customer touch points.

Educational Requirements and Qualification

•Degree holder of E-Commerce, Marketing or relevant discipline

•At least 5 years of relevant experience in e-Commerce/ online shop, and 3 years in managerial.

•Experience working within a FMCG, F&B or Retail environment.

•Strong knowledge of E-commerce environment and e-marketing trends, good marketing sense and creativity

•Familiar with E-Commerce technology platform, sociai media and SEO is preferred

•Good numeracy and analytical skills.

•Self-motivated, flexible, hardworking, reliable and good team worker.

•Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
