Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to Service Operation team including sales order entries, reconciliation and invoice submission.
- Coordinate logistics matters on local delivery arrangement.
- Handling customers' enquiries and order follow up in a professional manner.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure maximal customer satisfaction
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- HKDSE or above with at least 1 year relevant experience
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge in ERP system would be an advantage but not essential
- Good communication skills, independent and good team player with strong customer focus personality
- Fast, accurate, well-organized and detail-minded
- Immediate available
