工作時間為星期一至五，晚上七時至十時。兼職合約為期一年。表現良好者可獲續約。

職責:

• 透過電話向捐款者講解樂施會的扶貧工作及工作成效，並籲請他們增加捐款
• 聯絡已停止捐款的捐款者重新登記成為樂施之友
• 更新捐款者資料，解答捐款者的查詢

要求:

• 中五或以上程度，具一年或以上客戶服務或電話推廣經驗者更佳
• 有責任感及團隊精神，積極主動，能於壓力下工作
• 良好服務態度及溝通技巧
• 操流利廣東話，略懂英語
• 具基本電腦知識，包括MS OFFICE電腦軟件及中文輸入法
• 認同及有志效力本會扶貧工作
