Job Summary (Overview of Job Purpose) :

Responsible for selling products by working with customers. Identify new potential customers to support Sales business’s growth in Hong Kong market.

Major Duties Performed (Main Functions) :

• Execute sales activities in assigned territories and achieve sales target
• Develop and maintain good relationship with academic, hospital & private laboratories researchers in Hong Kong;
• Conduct regular customer visit, follow up sales leads and quotation making;
• Provide some simple instrument demonstration;
• Execute marketing plans, organize seminars/conference or other relative activities;   
• Provide products application trainings and troubleshooting service to the end users
• Timely provide the sales reports as required
• Ensure that all activities fully comply with the Company’s policies and Codes of Conduct
• Other assignment by supervisor or company

Critical Performance Measurement ：

• Sales target achievement
• New customer development

Education & Language skills Required  :

University graduate or higher, majored in Biological Science or equivalent academic disciplines;

Experience & Special Skills Required：

Minimum of one year or above working experience as salesman in the field is a must;

Critical Competences Required:

• Candidate with some research background and experience on handling cell culture will be an advantage;
• Well organized, mature and self-motivated, able to develop work independently as well as a team;
• Good communication skills; fluent English and Chinese in both oral and written.

1. Bachelor of Biology or related major;
2. 2~3 year working experience related to Chemistry or Biology;
3. Familiar to the government lab and hospital or familiar to the lab products

Location: Kwun Tong

• 5 Days Work / Week
• 13 Months Salary plus Performance Bonus Payment
