Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounting operation including AR & AP
- System input for daily AR, AP & GL transactions
- Daily cash registry, processing receipts and bank reconciliation
- Participate in month end closing, prepare monthly report and related analysis
- Support in year-end audit and prepare related audit schedules
- Provide general administrative support and assist in other ad-hoc assignment
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accounting / LCCI Intermediate level
- Minimum 1 year experience in accounting, preferably in retail industry
- Mature, accurate, detail minded, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
- Strong PC skills particularly in MS Excel
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Immediate available and hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferable
