Responsibilities:

•  Write up loan application proposals and review loan documents
•  Assist to review loan operation procedures and maintain mortgage system
•  Assist in formulating credit control and risk procedures and handle debt recovery
•  Liaise with banks / solicitors / key customers on handling mortgage business
•  Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Banking , Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in loan documentation, credit administration and debt recovery
• Responsible, self-motivated and detailed-minded
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
