Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Company Group’s related central procurement strategy,
• Source material according to the required specifications
• Identify new suppliers, monitor and manage suppliers’ service standard
• Identify saving opportunities and areas for best practices improvement
• Responsible for stock replenishment, inventory management, cost control and quality of goods
• Review existing procurement policy and solve any potential problem
• Ensure purchasing activities aligned to corporate compliance. 
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Min. 3 years’ solid experience in Procurement with sizable organization, Hospitality/Real Estate/Constructions is highly preferable;
• Degree/Diploma Holder in Logistics / Supply Chain / Purchasing or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience in daily procurement process
• Strong leadership with excellent problem solving skill, communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated, detail minded, able to meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Procurement Officer
