Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and clerical duty of the department
- Document filing and data input
- Prepare reports and analysis
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior
- To liaise with PRC office/factory
Requirements
- Form 5 or above, with 1 year working experience
- 1 year working experience in Shipping or Accounting is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Organized, good communication skill, positive thinking & willing to learn.
