Job Description
About us: French Chic in Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general daily operations;
- Provide administration support to office and shops;
- Coordinate inventory delivery to retail stores e.g. marketing & visual merchandising material;
- Follow-up the communication and correspondence between retail stores and head office;
- Preparing retail sales and stock take reports;
- Liaise with forwarder and supplier to ensure smooth operations;
- Assist in store opening, renovation and maintenance issues;
- Assist in handling of shipping documents;
- Assist in other ad hoc duties;
Requirements:
- 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in retail industry;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing;
- Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, well organized and high responsibility;
- High sense of urgency and able to perform multi-tasks;
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure;
- Short notice or immediate available is highly preferred;
