Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling general office administration functions, including invoices verification, office supplies replenishment, office equipment maintenance, and etc.
• Perform receptionist duties including handling incoming calls, answering enquiries, client greetings, arrange courier documents
• Provide clerical support to Human Resources and Administration and other departments
• Perform any other ad-hoc project as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above, preferably in business administration or secretarial practice
• Minimum 2 years’ administrative work experience
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin speaking capability is preferred
• Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing
• Mature, well-organized and able to work independently
• Immediately available is highly preferred
