Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling general office administration functions, including invoices verification, office supplies replenishment, office equipment maintenance, and etc.
- Perform receptionist duties including handling incoming calls, answering enquiries, client greetings, arrange courier documents
- Provide clerical support to Human Resources and Administration and other departments
- Perform any other ad-hoc project as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above, preferably in business administration or secretarial practice
- Minimum 2 years’ administrative work experience
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin speaking capability is preferred
- Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing
- Mature, well-organized and able to work independently
- Immediately available is highly preferred
