Responsibilities:

• Formulate SOP and work flow for the entire company across each branch
• Staff planning, coaching and development
• Closely liaise with each branch manager to ensure operation execute in line with company’s standard
• Participate in all marketing plans and strategies as well as budgeting in accordance with the company’s goal
• Outdoor may be required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Catering Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years experiences in relevant industry, prefer in catering business
• Good command in written and spoken Englishand Mandarin
• Good sense of business and foresight in seeking out business opportunities
• Good leadership, communication skill and analytical skill
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Immediate available is preferred
