Job Description:

• Provide quality customer service and handle trading, products and account related queries via telephone, e-mail and online platform;
• Execute clients’ securities trading instructions, support securities and (or) asset management client account openings and account related problems;
• Facilitate daily dealing operation including day-end processing;
• Ensure trading system stability;
• Risk monitoring and handle margin calls;
• Provide support in research and securities trading;
• Assist in operational related and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma holder in Finance / Statistics / Financial Engineering or related disciplines is preferred;
• Passed HKSI LE paper 1,7,8, 12 or licensed as type 1, 4 or 9 representative;
• 2 years experience in equities dealing or in securities and (or) asset management industry;
• Hands on experience in using trading systems (AMS/MWS/BSS);
• Familiar with local regulatory and compliance requirements;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented;
• Good command of Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin is essential;
• Good team player and willing to learn;
• 5 days work and no shift duty is required;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
