General Description:
Candidate will provide support to the Group project-related tasks including project documentation, market analysis and research, co-ordination with the mainland staff to meet the project schedule etc - under the direction and guidance of the management team in order to achieve the company goal and vision.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support project management team to coordinate the implementation of development and marketing
• Assist in the operation and execution of sales & marketing activities and business development plans
• Assist to negotiate with the marketing agency / consultant for designing marketing programs
• Assist in marketing material preparation and plan project timeline to completion
• Make use of the academic knowledge to give analysis and recommendation to the project plan
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, execution and construction supervision of our comprehensive development projects in PRC
• Liaise with external parties and internal departments on the delivery of works
• Assist in translation and formalization of reports
• Assist in the approval process of contracts, approvals.
• Assist in liaising, facilitating and communication, with prospective vendors
• Help in filing

Requirements

• University Graduate
• Good communication and writing skills of English and Mandarin a pre-requisite
• Preferably have business, or property background
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining the set priorities.

 

Work Status
Full time / Part Time

Work Period
Six months, Permanent Hire may be considered if already has relevant experience or upon end of 6 month job assessment

Salary Range
$10K – 15K (Full-time)
Negotiable (Part-Time)
