We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal legal team in project execution and administration
• Executing and administrating various corporate trustee, agency and escrow duties
• Handling P&I calculations, amortisation schedules, waterfall calculations
• Preparing and reviewing financial accounts
• Perform market research
• Assist with ad hoc projects and duties as required

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher in accounting or finance discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, banking or corporate finance industry
• Knowledge on bookkeeping, fund administration and company secretarial duties is a plus
• Good business sense and commercial acumen
• Strong financial and business analytical skills
• Self-motivated, dedicated and outgoing team player
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Mandarin are essential
