Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial / administrative supports to the Managing Director
• Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting material, agenda, minutes
• Handle correspondence and assignments independently and professionally in a tight schedule
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external business areas
• Handle personal matters of Managing Director
• Handle travel arrangements and personal agenda
• Responsible of full range administrative support
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

• Diploma with formal secretarial training
• Min 2 years of secretarial or relevant experience
• Mature, detailed-minded, well organized, pleasant & enthusiastic personality
• Fluent in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing, Excel, Powerpoint
• Efficient, well organized, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good at multi-tasking and detailed oriented
• Frequently travel to PRC is required
• Able to work overtime when necessary
