Responsibilities:

• Generate new ideas or concepts for corporate advertisement, brochures and different marketing activities;
• Design all kinds of marketing or advertising materials of the Company;
• Assist in editing for internal and external communication materials, such as online corporate guidelines, corporate portal, brochure, newsletter, stationery and marketing materials;
• Assist in website development and maintenance;
• Provide support on video and photo shooting, and other corporate image projects;
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively and efficiently;
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Graphic Design or a relevant discipline;
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience gained in in-house and/or advertising agency;
• Proficient in design software such as Photoshop & Illustrator, etc. and Chinese Word Processing;
• Knowledge in web design such as Dreamweaver, Flash, animation for PowerPoint or video editing software will be an added advantage;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
• Creative, self-motivated and independent;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight deadline.
