MyHouse seeks immediately his Floor Manager/Sommelier for his operation in Wanchai.

The candidate must have strong management skills, team leaderships, wine knowledge and passion, computer litterate, organisational skills, accountancy understanding and finally strong communication ability.

The duties will encompass the management of the floor staff, roster set up, training of existing and new staff, driving daily sales, linking with the marketing and kitchen team to achieve customer's expectations.

• Being in-charge of driving sales, guest satisfaction reviews,  meet owner's budgets and management key performance targets;
• Being in-charge of the team roster, all leaves reporting and calculating, and all other Human Resources functions;
• Being in-charge of the planning, implementing and reporting of team monthly trainings, Orientation of new-join talents, trainees, and casuals, and other talent training matters;
• Being in-charge of all cashier closing duties, handling variances with revenue accountants, generating financial data from POS, and other finance matters; 8. Being in-charge of all POS technical issues, DJ booth, sound system issues, and other IT/Engineering issues;
• Supervising all OE stock-level, storage, budgeting and minimizing breakage, all service consumables level, ordering and budgeting, and mediating all inter-department stock movement, Supervising all opening and closing procedures.
