Job Responsibilities

1. Provide daily network operations and maintenance for networking components and equipment
2. Provide internal IT support for HK office users
3. Manage LAN/WAN networks
4. Manage computer room facilities
5. Manage IP phone system
6. Implement change management for any IT infrastructure changes
7. Monitors and reports network problem
8. Troubleshoot networking related problems
9. Assist in managing the operations of datacenter
10. Coordinate, manage and liaise with Sl vendors

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
2. >5 years network administration/ support experience
3. Solid experience on LAN/ WAN management and support
4. Experience on computer room, datacenter and DR site management 
5. Knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, GSLB, Cloud service and MPLS/ VPN networks
6. General knowledge in Linux, Windows & VMWare perform
7. General knowledge in IT security and common network monitoring tools
