Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations and administration of IT network and computer systems
• Monitoring and managing of servers, mail and computer systems
• Providing IT technical support and troubleshooting services
• Providing administrative support
• Ad-hoc duties related to IT
  
  

Qualification:

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, familiar with PC software with troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, general TCP/IP networking, and hardware issues
• Knowledge of iOS and Android phones troubleshooting is a plus
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
