Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Sales Marketing Department to implement after- sales support service
- To provide quality services to customers and handle customers enquiries and complaints politely
- To help Marketing Department to plan customers’ activities and projects
- To coordinate Playgroup Classes for the customers
Requirements:
- Education up to post University Bachelor Degree
- At least 1 year relevant working experience preferably in Customer Services
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Strong communication. Interpersonal and customers service skills
- Patient, pleasant and mature personalities
