Our client, a well known bank is looking for a System Analyst Programmer to join their IT team, below is the job description for this role:

Responsibilities:          

-        Performing project management functions to oversee and manage the constraints (scope, schedule, resources, cost and quality) of individual projects ensuring compliance with departmental and project management standards and procedures

-        Managing the development and maintenance of systems

-        Leading his/her team to complete daily operations and developing his/her team member

Requirements:

-        University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent; OR

-        Preferable over 6 years’ experience in system development covering the following:

•           Experience in large scale project development;

•           Experience in banking applications;

•           Knowledge in System Development Life Cycle Methodology

-        Sound leadership, project management, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills;

-        Self-motivated, detail-oriented, mature, independent with excellent decision-making skills;

-        Good team player and able to work under pressure and tight schedules;

-        Knowledgeable in Java and Web application development is a must;

-        Knowledgeable in Mobile application development will be an advantage;

-        Knowledgeable in Struts/Spring/Hibernate, JQuery/JQuery Mobile development will be an advantage;

-        Experience in new project(s) development is a plus;

-        Good communication and interpersonal skills;

-        Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
