Our client, a well-established investment banking organisation in Hong Kong, is looking for a quality compliance professional to join them for the above position.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist the Head of Compliance in providing compliance advice to the Asset Management business of the company
• Ensure business compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
• Provide proactive quality advice to the asset management business on related compliance matters

Requirements: 

• Degree in Accountancy or in a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of compliance advisory experience in asset management
• Good knowledge of asset management products and related regulatory guidelines
• Solid experience in interacting with SFC
• Good communication and writing skills in both Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
