General Summary

In charge of all logistics process for HK & Macau. Take a role in supporting Hong Kong Logistic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement regular warehouse management on daily basis and ensure smooth stock movement.

Manage Customer Order Fulfillment Process proactively to deliver customer requirements on time while utilizing resources and leveraging technology effectively

Work closely with CS to ensure order fulfillment, coordinate forecast and backlog, update order progress and status for CS team and customers

Manage business analysis including sales order forecast, backlog, incentive calculation etc. to meet different requirements

Requirements:

Diploma or above

More than 3 years of solid working experience on office operations

At least 3 years of experience with strong knowledge in Inventory Control, Customer Service, Warehouse Management and Purchasing Supply Chain Management.

Good command in Mandarin and English

Strong in problem Identification, solution skill and analytical skills

Able to work under pressure
