Responsibilities:  

• Report to regional sourcing head and responsible for sourcing in-direct materials including food, non-food and services items

• Establish and engage sourcing strategy to meet company direction and goals

• Liaise with suppliers on price and terms negotiation, monitor material quality and delivery performance

• Conduct quotation and material costing analysis and comparison

• Responsible for cost control and achieve high profit margin for the company

• Process purchase orders, monitor material inventory movements and delivery performance

• Mainain and housekeep purchase database and records 

Requirements:

• Diploma / University graduate in related discipline

• Strong negotiation, analytical skills with at least 5 years in purchasing management and 3 years in supervisory level

• Working experience FMCG industry is preferable

• Knowledge in SAP is preferable

• Proficiency in MS Office application

• Good analytical mind, communication & interpersonal skills 

• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• High degree of maturity, self-motivated, ownership, commitment and responsibilities

• Familiar to fast paced working environment and culture

5 days week and attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
