Job Description

Job purpose

She/he will report directly to the EHWA Regional Director- Account Management (RD-Acct. Mgt) and works in close cooperation with the EHWA Regions / Local EHBUs in the management of all customer issues under the EH World Programs (EH WP).

She/he will ensure through an excellent organization of the customer relationship and first class execution that EH WP are profitable, deliver high customer satisfaction rating and translate into high retention performance.

  • As Program Manager: Responsible for the overall strategic steering and coordination of World Programs, as well as customer relationship management for the Program.
  • As Managing Insurer : Manage the relationship and commercial activity for a portfolio of clients where another WA team provides the strategic lead  

Key Responsibilities :

  • To support the RD-Acct. Mgt. in the coordination, execution and management of all account management operational aspects of the EH World Programs; 
  • To support the execution of internal and external customer action plans to facilitate WP implementation (project mode), operational monitoring (KPI’s) and secure extension / renewal over the WP life cycle;
  • To take on the role of World Program Manager for programs originating in your region: 
  • Responsible for the execution and monitoring of performance on your assigned World Programs and business owner of customer solutions / satisfaction on your managed policies;
  • To train and accompany our clients through the policy life cycle and support EH technical solutions (EOLIS. MTB, etc.) and propose improvements in the service offering, where appropriate;
  • To regularly communicate with client on progress, broker solutions and proactively investigate needs to improve customer satisfaction;
  • To redefine servicing in a broad customer centric context in coordination with other functional domain (Risk, Claim & Collection, Research, EHWA regional team, etc
  • To execute regular surveys and meetings with brokers and customers in order to assess their service expectations and experiences

As Program Manager 

  • She/he will support the RD Acct. Mgt. to enhance customer and broker relationships, coordinates throughout the EH Group the consistency, quality and deliveries on its WP profitability;
  • Ensure proper implementation of programs by taking an active role and ownership in the implementation and co-ordination of World Agency teams both domestically and overseas so the project implementation is benchmarked, documented and completed according to set client expectations;;
  • Secure Renewal by delivering the correct balance of customer need with EHWA business targets and metrics, identify cross- and up-selling opportunities, ensure proper pricing and propose consistent terms and conditions during renewal, according to CUW Authority rules and guidelines;
  • Perform Amendment on existing programs/policies by handling and understanding issues in an international framework, ensuring the ongoing integrity of the program and delivery of client needs;
  • Review transfer requests from EHBUs onto the EHWA platform. To analyze the current offering, identify possible gaps, present, plan, negotiate and harmonize terms to enhance service. Once agreed, to communicate, train and implement;
  • Ensure quality and reliability of the “EHWA Pluriform” commercial database;
  • By leadership, to enthuse local teams towards common goals and share best practices. 

As Managing Insurer

  • Responsible for implementing and issuing the policy at local level; 
  • She/he will train, assist and render service for local clients and brokersduring the policy life cycle and within the execution framework of the Master Agreement; 
  • Report to Program Manager on performance of managed policies, in terms of risk acceptance and LR, and raising of mid- term amendment requests.

 Job Requirements :

  • Senior experience in account management and some experience in project management
  • Advanced knowledge of the credit insurance industry, products and regulations
  • Strong communication, conflict management skills and good relationship builder
  • Good IT knowledge and strong track record in operational execution / excellence
  • Result driven and proven customer centric behaviours
  • Work experience in multinational, multicultural setting
  • Team player, Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proficient in English, good knowledge of MS-Excel and Powerpoint
