Responsibilities:

• Lead a pre-sales administration team to fulfill the procurement needs of the customers in order to achieve sales target.
• Work closely with the customers to understand the user requirements.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers for better contractual terms while maintain good relationship with suppliers at the same time.
• Review the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the procurement business and propose improvement initiatives if necessary.
• Set up price to win the order
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• At least 6 years relevant experience in customer service as well as procurement of test & measurement instrument / equipment, electronic products and other IT equipment, etc.
• Be with quick decision making & judgement capability.
• Be able to handle multi-tasking, work under fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented & target oriented, detail-minded, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility.
• Experience in managing a little team is an advantage.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing).
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Mandarin.

* Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
