Our client, a well-known and sizable private equity financial institution business activities in HK and China, is urgently looking for a high-caliber professionals due to business expansion drastically.

Requirements:

• Master's degree, Accounting, Business related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience, of which more than five years assisting CEO handling daily business matters and management process related in various aspects including investor relations, business development, legal, finance and business meeting etc.
• Exposure in financial, investment, investment banking and other financial industry work experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of legal and financial areas as well as familiar with the standardization of management processes and able to grasp the company's business quickly
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, analytical analysis, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
• Good team spirit, hardworking and strong sense of confidentiality 
• Fluency in both spoken and written English, and good command of Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• willing to travel or shortly station in mainland China (Guangdong province).
