An opportunity exists for an experienced construction project manager to play a substantial and exciting part in the roll-out of a famous European brand across Asia with the first premises being in Hong Kong.

We are seeking an individual who has a demonstrable track record in the fit out / A&A of retail, hotel or office space including the management and selection of contractors, sub- contractors and vendor management. Individuals who have been involved in the procurement of materials from China or elsewhere in Asia will be viewed favourably.

You must be a self starter, a problem solver, able to work independently and be able to confidently travel across the region. You must have experience holding responsibility for project budgets and delivery within budget. The successful candidate will be well educated, a degree holder with a major in design, civil, MEP or construction related. You will have at least 12 years of experience and be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Importantly, you must be a team player with good leadership skills and be a confident good communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
