Responsibilities:

• Explore and identify potential sites with developers, landlords and property agents for shop network optimization
• Prepare leasing budgets, reports and related analysis to ensure the portfolio is meeting leasing targets
• Establish and maintain good working relations with landlords, agents, property developers, government departments and other related parties to ensure jobs done effectively and efficiently
• Review and analyze existing and new shop performance, provide cost-effective and practical ways for improvement and future development

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Property or Facility Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience, experience in retail industry is preferable
• Familiar with retail property market, with good connections with developers or property agencies
• Excellent negotiation & presentation skills with good business acumen with strong market awareness
• Proficient in MS Office
