Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and executing all marketing & operation activities with internal and external partners
• Perform full range of functional support in areas of operation team training, duty roster, attendance record, employee relations activities and office administration duties
• Handle ad hoc assignment
• Undertaking other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing or related disciplines with 1-2 years solid experience in marketing and operation
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized and result-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Pro-active, reliable and passionate
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese

Senior Citizen Home Safety Association (‘SCHSA’) was founded in 1996 as a non-profit charitable organisation with a self-financing model. Today it is one of the most established social enterprises in Hong Kong. SCHSA provides Care-on-Call Service, a comprehensive 24/7 support service consisting of emergency aid, integrated care, around-the-clock vigilance service, health management, and day-to-day living assistance.
