Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Digital assets including brand websites and social media platforms and the development of the LF’s internet capabilityto deliver increased visits from intermediary community.
  • Identify business opportunities/prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
  • Develops and implements effective sales plans, prospect identification, sales activity and account management
  • Maximize the sale of all products/services consistent with the annual, short and long term strategic business plans.
  • Ability to identify, aggregate, and report on all Lifestyle Federation product opportunities.
  • Planning, coordinating and implementing marketing programs to identify and acquire new customers.
  • Define their department’s monthly, quarterly and annual goals and make sure that sales and marketing objectives align with overall company goals.
  • Manage sales and overall marketing activities.
  • Delivering an appropriate presence for LF in the social media landscape.
  • Define Marketing Calendar, driving consumer engagement via digital channels across a variety of brands.
  • Develop and implement sales collaterals
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance

 

Requirement:

  • University Graduate, preferably marketing, business administration or a related major
  • 2+ years of social media management
  • Comprehensive previous digital marketing experience is desirable
  • Strong understanding of how social media & digital innovation can support business goals
  • Good knowledge of the marketing mix
  • Display excellent copywriting ability
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Genuinely creative, flexible & entrepreneurial mindset essential
  • Effective & persuasive communicator, ability to influence across teams
  • Able to establish key stakeholders across business
  • Show a drive and commitment to deliver agreed plans to completion
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt,
