You will become leader consistently communicate with top management whilst operate strong CRM concept within your team. You also will become the representative of your boutique to present you value to HQ visitors.

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Day-to-day management of a large team including appraisals and reporting
• Management of stock take
• Assistant with management of PR, marketing and promotional events
• Providing the best customer service in the market and being a true brand ambassador of the flagship store
• Ideally from luxury brand, perfect presentation skills, strong language skills as you need to constantly communicate with top management (a lot of their top management from western countries)
• Excellent presentation skills, as HQ always have visitors, you will be require to present business performance
• Strong CRM/Clientelling concept, As the market trend is transforming from PRC customer to local VIP
• They’ve launch a lot of new CRM, new kpi concept, client telling, new service requirement
• Able to suggestion to buying team for product selection
• Energetic, outgoing
• Ambition and drive to grow a brand and adaptable to an ever-changing market
• Fluency in English
