Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise & manage daily operation in meeting with the service level and performance targets
  • Plan & mobilize manpower resources to cope with the operation needs
  • Stipulate best practice, rule & regulation, work procedure to ensure operation running smoothly
  • Coach and support subordinates in uplifting staff performance as well as service quality
  • Identify training needs & coordinate with Training Unit to tailor-made training program, workshop & activity for staff development and engagement

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3-year supervisory working experiences in call center operation with elderly service or project management is preferred
  • High diploma graduate and above
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving and people management skills.
  • Calm temperament to handle crisis and emotional support
  • Good interpersonal skill and well-organized, self-disciplined and independent
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
