General Summary:

Responsible for logistics operations, support supply chain activities and monitor service provider performance

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in refining and implementing SOP on supply chain activities
• Responsible for shipment consolidation and vessel arrangement
• Administer container utilization and compliance of China & US customs practice and documentation flow
• Follow-up Letter of Credit and charge back details
• Administer light load, CFS, No activity shipments
• Administer and refine periodical reports that help developing business strategy
• Analyze business data and provide recommendation for improvement
• Monitor and administer shipping approval database
• Provide support on ad-hoc projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Solid experience in logistics
• Knowledge in L/C and chargeback an advantage
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office and database applications, e.g. Access, AS400.
• Ability to meet deadlines and resolve problems.

Work Experience &/or Education: 

• Matriculated or above, or related discipline
• 3-5 years logistics experience in US market
