Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with service providers to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of flight plans
• Support daily operations and record-keeping of the department
• Monitor regular flight operations
• Compile monthly reports as requested
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in business aviation industry or equivalent
• Experience in flight planning, dispatch and operations is preferred
• Prior experience in finance, bookkeeping would be a definite advantage
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with MS Office applications; especially Excel, Word and Outlook
• Able to work under pressure
• Overtime work is required
