Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up fulfilment status for replenishment orders through regular communication with suppliers and overseas office
• Act as main contact point for UK supply planners in relation to enquiries about shipments from China
• Liaise with logistics service provider and suppliers to ensure on time in full delivery of orders
• Follow up with suppliers on document collection and validation

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder, preferably in Supply Chain Management / Logistics
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferably in Order processing / Sourcing / Supply Chain
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficiency in excel
• Well-organised and attention to details
