Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for full set of accounts and other daily activities

Handle periodic reconciliations (e.g. bank reconciliation, reconciliation between General Ledger and Sub-Ledger of Debtors and Creditors, reconciliation of client monies, etc.)

Support system implementation

Assist in year-end closing and annual audit

Carry out office administrative duties

Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines

3-5 years accounting experience (preferably with insurance broker)

Proficient in using MS Office, in particular Excel spreadsheet

Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

Meticulous and attend to details

Independent and responsible
