Job Description

• Participate in the planning and execution of membership and resource development programme;
• Coordinate and engage volunteers for campaigns and projects;
• Prepare regular reports as required by the CAO on membership and fundraising.

Requirements:

• University graduate;
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in NGOs;
• Good knowledge in marketing / communication, planning, management skills on membership / donor relationship;
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision;
• Good team player, responsible, a multi-tasker and self-starter, ability to work independently;
• Perform duties on Sunday and public holidays are expected;
• Uphold the values and objectives of the Party.
