Our client,a well-known and sizable Private Equity in HK and China, is urgently looking for a high-caliber professionals due to business expansion drastically.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing daily finance & accounting function at the corporate level along with managing the investment valuations and the processes and procedures for the business from the finance angle.
• Responsible for financial, regulatory (FRR) and management reporting, taxation, budgeting, cash flow planning and management, formulating & reviewing the accounting & investment policies and procedures, as well as enhancing financial management system.
• Actively involved in preparing or even attending the management meetings and representing the business in different forms, conferences & meetings at the finance level.
• Responsible for staff management including goal setting, performance reviews & staff development plans. It will involve a lot of business initiatives as well.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification such as HKICPA member or equivalent
• Big 4 trained, with at least 4 to 8 years’ relevant experience in financial services industry /private equity / licensed corporations.
• Hands-on accounting experience and exposure in PRC corporation and start up environment has an advantage.
• Well acquainted with Hong Kong & PRC accounting standards, taxation regulations, SFC requirements and Hong Kong listing rule, etc.
• Strong technical knowledge and good understanding on consolidation, acquisition and disposal transactions and business combination.
• Hands-on, independent, demonstrating a proactive approach, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and good people management skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required, proficiency in Mandarin is definitely an advantage
• Strong PC skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Finance Manager
