Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to the accounting team including data entry, filing & etc.
• Assist ad hoc projects assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• F.7 or above with Diploma in Accountancy
• 3 years relevant experience in AP, preferably in trading or manufacturing company
• Good command of spoken & written English and conversational Putonghua
• Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel
• Fast and accurate typing in both English and Chinese
• Pleasant personality, hardworking, well organized, mature and work independently
• Immediately available is preferable
