Responsibilities: 

• Handle lease administration related matters including tenancy agreement, leases, licenses and other related legal documents, file documentation and records in systematic way
• Follow up correspondences and work closely with internal & external parties (such as Landlords, Government Department, Engineer)  
• Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in legal studies, business or property-related disciplines
• Minimum 3years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational, attention to details and able to work independently
• With good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
