Job Description
Responsibilities
-
To perform professional reception service and booking service of ticketing, hotel reservations
-
Manage the reception / front desk area and mailing counter
-
Greet visitors / customers and monitor visitors’ registration
-
Handle general enquiries, take messages when necessary
- Sort, register and distribute incoming correspondence such as letter, parcels, and magazines
- Prepare itineraries, ticketing booking and hotel reservations
- Travel visa application
- Replace all Reception / mailing counter when team member is absent
- Assist to handling incoming & outing fax

Assist in handling all-round office administration duties

Assist in ad-hoc projects
Requirement, Skills & Experience
-
Form 5 or above with minimum 2-3 years relevant experience; experience in the travel industry would be an advantage

Strong sense of responsibility, flexible, self-motivated and well-organized
- Pleasant personalities, cheerful, presentable, self-initiative and detailed-oriented

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure

Well-versed in computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing etc)
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
