Job Description
The incumbent will report to the Head of Human Resources and Administration to direct and oversee the Human Resources strategies & operations of the Company:
- Implement HR strategies in the areas of succession planning, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, executive compensation and benefits, organizational development, manpower planning, learning and development frameworks
- Implement the employee retention strategy and develop the talent workforce
- Ensure the HR operations efficiency and effectiveness
Requirement:
- Degree holder and/or comparable/recognized professional H.R. qualification
- More than 10 years of H.R. & Admin. experiences in banking/insurance business, with at least 5 years in managerial positions
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with people in a variety of roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal, organizational and people development skills
- Good command of both English and Chinese
