Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support to designated Director(s).
  • Handle confidential information and maintain proper filing system.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties.
  • Carry out information research and analysis.
  • Prepare correspondence and presentation materials.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Superiors.
  • Occasional outdoor work assignment is required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or equivalent with formal secretarial training.
  • Over 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in sizable companies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizing skills, mature, independent and detail-minded.
  • Self-motivated, tactful, hardworking and systematic.
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
  • Good computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
