- Prior direct experience in the DCM field is desirable but not a prerequisite since on-the-job training will be provided.

- You graduated at the top of your class from a business / accounting / law program at a leading university (recent grads are expected to present their transcripts at the interview)

- Holders of graduate degrees and individuals projecting themselves as being mature and thoughtful are preferred.

- You are a great communicator with solid writing and verbal skills in both English and Chinese

- Individuals with a proven understanding of governmental entities and business practices in the Mainland will be strongly preferred.

- Candidates from diverse background and experiences will be considered.  We have no pre-conceived notions of must-have experience.  Emphasis will be on finding the brightest individual with the strongest work ethic and the best attitudes.

DUTIES

- Expect to work for long hours on interesting and challenging investment banking projects for above-market compensation

-      Successful candidates will be on track for rapid promotion and increasing responsibility within the organization and can expect to gain valuable experience in the rapidly-growing and lucrative DCM field
