Marketing Support Officer (at branches) (Job ID: 1473)

• To be a team member of Branch Distribution & Services Department
• To deliver quality customer service and provide proactive support to the Relationship Managers
• To achieve service excellence in handling customer issues and product enquiries in a timely, accurate and responsive manner
• To support daily marketing activities and perform administrative duties, such as preparing reports and scheduling customer appointments, etc.
• To assist in ad hoc marketing activities, both in-branch and off-site promotions

• University graduate preferred
• Possesses HKSI & IIQE licenses in an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years' working experience, preferably gained in retail banking field
• Familiar with retail banking products and related market trend
• A good team player with strong communication skill, and able to manage tasks efficiently
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua

(Candidates with less working experience will be considered for the posotion of Marketing Assistant)
