Head of Risk Control

•         Oversee risk management of the company;
•         Supervise the risk control team members to operate the risk control function for all types of business of the company;
•         Set up risk control system, implement risk management workflow and policies and design relevant guidelines and workflow for risk management;
•         Manage and review the operation of various departments regularly and conduct related risk assessment and set up control measures;
•         Assess and issue related report for investment projects;
•         Organize pre-approval, risk control in the meantime and post checking, issue risk warning and assessment reports;
•         Issue periodic reports for risk management for addressing risk issue, assessing risk level, analyzing risk nature and impact and provide solution

Requirements:

•   University Degree holder or above, at least 8 year experience of risk management experience in securities or financial industry;
•         Good supervisory skills on risk management;
•         Good knowledge in risk management, data analysis;
•         Good understanding of regulatory environments in Hong Kong;
•         Good understanding of risk control and able to work independently;
•         Excellent analytical and numeracy skills / sound knowledge in risk management, risk analysis and project management;
•         Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese as well as fluency in Putonghua
