Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions
• Assessing potential deals and executing transactions and conducting due diligence
• Review listing documents and draft announcements and circulars
• Co-ordinate with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as SFC and Hong Kong Stock Exchange in connection with respective implementation of projects

Requirements:

• A degree holder in Accounting/ Law/ Finance/ Business Administration
• 3 or 5 years of related working experience in handling IPO cases
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and a good team player
