Our client is a leading Asian developer with over 20 years of experience in large scale urban developments.  They are a public-listed company with strong investments in the region.  Due to continued growth, they are looking for a number of Architect / Interior Design and Urban Planning Experts; who will engage with their vision and contribute and leverage their knowledge and experience across multiple projects in China, Asia and oversea.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees architectural teams in project-in-charge, monitor progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues
• Strong design and technical skills
• Sustainable and collaborative design approach

Requirements:

• A recongnized degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Master planning
• Minimum 7 years or above relevant architectural experience
• Experience in High End Residential / Mixed-use / Hospitality / Urban & Master Planner  projects
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and / Mandarin is essential
• Travel is required
